Updated Requirements for New Affiliates

Effective August 4, 2015, we have started a new screening process to help us determine if there is a high likelihood of potential fraud, spam or similar violations to our policies. All new affiliates will be required to provide additional information prior to enrolling in our program.
As a reminder, the Terms and Conditions clearly state that if you violate this prohibition against SPAM, you forfeit any commissions that otherwise would be owing to you, and we reserve the right to terminate you from the Program and to pursue or cooperate in legal action against you, both civil and criminal.
The bottom line is that we are making all reasonable efforts to prevent rogue affiliates from spamming our sites. We got burned with several affiliates and those affiliates have been terminated without any opportunity to come back into the program. We hope these efforts will help us continue to grow our program plus protect ourselves against any rogue affiliates.
